Sessions start with chat; your vet may request photos or a video call if helpful.
Can I cancel the service?
Yes — you’re in control. Cancel anytime from your account.
Can we use this service anywhere in the world?
Service availability varies by region. Not currently available in Hong Kong
The video is blurry. How can I get a clearer image?
Switch to a strong Wi-Fi network, clean your camera lens, and ensure good lighting.
Are your vets licensed?
Yes. You’ll chat with licensed veterinarians.
Can your vets prescribe medication?
Our vets can provide advice and education. However, since this is a virtual service, a Veterinary Client Patient Relationship (VCPR) isn’t established, which means our vets cannot prescribe medication in most states due to legal restrictions.
I have several pets. Does it cost the same for multiple pets?
Yes. One membership covers up to 6 family pets.
I’m having trouble connecting to a vet. What should I do?
Check your connection and try again; if issues persist, our support team will help you connect.
Are there any extra costs after I pay the membership fee?
No extra fees for consults. If we recommend in-person care, clinic costs are separate.
