NYP TeleVet offers veterinary telehealth consultations and related services to pet owners through online platforms. Our licensed veterinarians provide expert advice, guidance, and care plans based on virtual consultations.

Important: NYP TeleVet does not provide prescriptions through our telehealth service. Prescribing medication requires a valid Veterinary Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) that cannot be established solely through this virtual platform. Please consult your local licensed veterinarian for prescriptions.

Geographic Availability

Currently, NYP TeleVet services are not available in Hong Kong. We are working to expand our coverage area and will update this policy as service regions change. Please ensure your location is supported before booking an appointment.

Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to seek veterinary advice for the pet(s) in your care.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your pet’s medical history and condition. Failure to provide true information may affect the quality and safety of care.

Limitations and Scope

NYP TeleVet services are limited and do not replace in-person veterinary care when needed.
Certain diagnoses or treatments may require physical examination.
NYP TeleVet does not guarantee outcomes of care plans or advice provided virtually.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our site are owned or licensed by NYP TeleVet and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYP TeleVet disclaims liability for damages arising from use or inability to use telehealth services.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully.

Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued service use indicates acceptance of amended terms.
